Having as start point the city of Mitilene and the suburbs, we begin for a wonderful tour heading for the graphical gulf of Saint Ermogenis, in the homonymous area. It is a place of a unique beauty with a perfect shore that banters with the peace of the ocean and the verdurous color of the pines and the olive trees.

    The beach splits in two parts by a huge rock where the chapel of the Saint is builded. Inside it, the silver color figure of the saint is solemnize daily with the religionist beads.

    In the one side of the shore there is a small wharf where some small boats are tied and a small traditional café where you can have some very fresh fish. The beach is not extremely long, but it offers her beauty to her visitors with open hand, with the children running unconcernedly and the older ones to enjoy the sun and the pure shore.

    The deep blue sea, the golden sand, the silver of the olive tree and the endless green of the pine trees. There is no foreigner or local that has not been enchanted by this peaceful scenery and did not capture this image into his mind, forever.
